1 cup Alligga Flaxseed Cooking Oil
½ cup garlic cloves
¼ tsp black pepper ground
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 orange juice and zest
1Preheat the oven to 300°F and then roast the garlic cloves in the flax seed oil for 2 hours.
2Cool the garlic and oil and transfer to a tall container.
3Add the remaining ingredients to the garlic and oil and blend till smooth with a handheld blender.
4Store covered in the fridge until ready for use.
