Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Alligga Flaxseed Cooking Oil
  • 6 ounces white Chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar granulated or coconut
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy

Instructions
  1. Gently melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pot of hot water
  2. Beat together the flaxseed oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla
  3. Mix together the melted chocolate and the egg mixture
  4. Add the flour and salt and stir well
  5. Pour the batter into a parchment lined cake pan
  6. Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until softened and pourable
  7. Drizzle the peanut butter over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife
  8. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes
  9. Rotate the pan and continue to bake until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean
  10. Allow the brownies to cool at least 10 minutes before cutting
