OATMEAL FLAX QUINOA COOKIE RECIPE

Ingredients

1 ¼ cups oats
4 tsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp quinoa
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup peanut butter
cup chocolate chips – we love Stevia Sweetened
½ cup your favourite nuts & seeds
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Combine oats, flaxseeds, quinoa, brown and baking powder
in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl blend nut butter, eggs, brown sugar and
vanilla extract.
3. Stir in dry ingredients until combined. Add in chocolate chips
and chopped nuts, stir until combined.
4. Drop by spoonful on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top
with sea salt.
5. Bake for about 12-13 minutes. Remove and let cool before
eating.
